If you are requesting an investigation, be as forthcoming as possible about your situation. The more we know the better we will be able to help you. Be sure to include the following:
- Your name and contact information
- The best time to contact you
- A brief description of your problem or strange phenomena
- The location of the place you want investigated
- Any associated photos, videos, EVPs or testimonials you might have (not required but helpful)
- Your personal feelings about what is occurring
- What kind of resolution you are expecting from our visit
You can expect to hear back from us within a day or two unless you state that you are in need of our immediate services in which case we will be in contact upon receipt of your email or submitted form request.
